The Polish prosecutor's office may suspend the immunity of another former minister - Mariusz Blaszczak is accused of exceeding his political authority.

In September 2023, the then Mariusz Błaszczak revealed scandalous plans created during the PO-PSL government, according to which the Polish army would defend itself on the Vistula line, which was therefore tantamount to giving up the territories of Eastern Poland.

- A purely political action is underway, nothing to do with the law. Mr. Błaszczak had every right to declassify these compromising materials. Making a criminal case out of this is only and exclusively a political act of a scandalous and criminal nature - the PiS chairman told journalists in the Sejm.
