Taaramäe Rose to Tenth Place in the Tour of Japan

The first group stage of the 28th Tour of Japan (UCI 2.2) was held, won by Atsushi Oka (Utsunomiya Blitzen; 2:38.50) to the delight of the home crowd. Rein Taaramäe (Kinan Racing Team) finished in the lead group.
