TOKYO, Aug 18 (Bernama-Kyodo) -- Japan Airlines Co. said Tuesday that it will reduce its fuel surcharge for tickets for international flights to be issued in September and October, as fuel prices, hiked by the US-Iran war, declined in June and July, Kyodo News reported.
