Polemic between Mayor and Secretary of Piedras Negras: Mutual Charges and Controversial Dismissal

In his morning conference, Mayor Jacobo Rodríguez announced the dismissal of the City Secretary, Ignacio García, after it was verified that he allowed the excessive collection of funeral services in the municipal pantheon.
