A 55-year-old Jacksonville woman is dead after another car struck the rear end of her vehicle on Interstate 295 at mile marker 57 on Sunday at 4:28 p.m.According to Florida Highway Patrol, a car was travelling south on I-295 near MM 57 in the right express lane.
