It’s truly laughable to think the NFL is putting its fans first

As Roger Goodell, in my humble estimation the continent’s highest paid BS artist, says: “It’s all about our fans.” The Giants and Jets both open Sunday, head to head at 1 p.m., but on different TV stations in separate games. This will often happen this season, as the most patron-friendly “early game” starts are now assigned by the NFL “garbage games” to be played by lesser-regarded teams — thus, until further notice, the Jets and Giants qualify.
