ITC Holdings Corp. Announces Board of Directors and Executive Appointments
New appointments at ITC Holdings include two board members and two vice presidents to enhance leadership and advance grid improvements across a 16,000-mile transmission network.
On Nov. 13, 2025, ITC Holdings Corp. announced new board and executive hires from Novi, Michigan, naming Diane Bridgewater, Rowena Crosbie, Gabe Valle, and C. Patrick Woods.

In management roles, Gabe Valle will oversee multiple Legal Department practice groups with 25 years of experience, and C. Patrick Woods will lead ITC Great Plains and oversee regulatory strategy and project development.
Immediate effects include expanded oversight for State government affairs, regulatory strategy and project development across ITC Great Plains, and ITC said the new leaders will strengthen long-term success and customer value, per CEO Linda Apsey.
Effective Jan. 1, 2026, the appointments will position leadership changes at the start of the next year for ITC Holdings Corp., the largest independent electricity transmission company and Fortis Inc. subsidiary.
