The visitors of the Salon rub their eyes by passing the stand of the market gardeners of Prince de Bretagne, where pods of vanilla in tube are artichokes and cauliflowers. This very first presentation of a vanilla from Brittany is the result of a bet launched in 2019 by three producers of the Côtes-d'Armor, who sought to enhance their greenhouses.
