ISX Financial EU Plc ("the Company") has been informed by its Managing Director and CEO, Mr. N. Karantzis, that he will appeal today against the ruling of the Australian Federal Court of Justice. The Court has appealed to Mr. Karantzis in a case brought by the Australian Supervisory Authority for companies for his activities as CEO of Southern Cross Payments Limited in 2018 and 2020.
