- Major Spanish clubs including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Real Sociedad, and Atletico Madrid are satisfied with the arrangement, continuing a partnership that previously saw the tournament hosted in Saudi Arabia under Sela.
- "This year, the alliance between Turkey and Saudi Arabia has also allowed us to come here," Louzan said, as officials discuss extending their agreement with Sela and Saudi authorities beyond 2030.
