In the wake of the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel and the subsequent war in Gaza, anti-Semitic attacks are increasing in Western countries. Israel accuses governments of not doing enough about it and recommends the return law to Jews abroad.
"The rise of hatred against the Jewish around the world is a global emergency. The battle against anti-Semitism should be a battle for all. This is an urgent call for action to prevent the next catastrophe. We will not tolerate it," Herzog said in an institutional message during an act in Jerusalem.
