ISP: Squad car was struck by a driver violating Scott’s Law, leaving trooper with injuries

ANNA, Ill. (WTVO) — A driver on I-57 struck an Illinois State Police squad car while the officer was in the middle of a motorist assist. The squad car was on the inside shoulder of I-57 with its emergency lights activated with an officer inside when the collision happened.
