Police said the couple allegedly sent eight Indian SIM cards to Pakistan through Dubai and was also involved in efforts to recruit individuals for reconnaissance of cantonment areas.
The Delhi Police Special Cell has uncovered an espionage network linked to Pakistan's ISI. In this case, husband and wife Sahil and Sameera, residents of Delhi-NCR, have been arrested. They had been in contact with Pakistani agents through social media since 2024. They purchased Indian SIM cards and sent them to Pakistan via Dubai, using which they operated WhatsApp accounts to gather sensitive information.
