French parents sue Bayer over glyphosate birth defects in their son

The hearing held on Thursday, 3 April at the Vienna Court (Isera) gave the two parties a hearing in the case between the family of Théo Grataloup, born with severe disabilities, and the manufacturer of glyphosate. The judgement will be given in deliberation on 31 July.
