- Investigators seized electronic devices from Rauf containing "sufficient sensitive data" regarding the Indian Railways and the Indian Army, gathered during at least six trips to India.
- After his name was removed from the voter list, Rauf planned to flee to Bangladesh; STF Inspector General Gaurav Sharma stated the force is tracing his agents across Bengal, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
- Recent arrests of three individuals linked to Jaish-E-Mohammed, who allegedly plotted a terror attack during the 36-day protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar last month, also targeted Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari.
