I'm thinking out loud now - Remember a couple of years ago ... the Dow Dupont merger. Why don't they put all the bad assets and lawsuits in one unit ... and bankrupt it on purpose. Would this be feasible? Should US Feds raid Dow's HQ before chapter 11 is called in?
