PM Shehbaz, Iran’s Pezeshkian hold key talks in New York
UNTED NATIONS - Amid ongoing Iran-US tensions, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Thursday, during which they exchanged views on the evolving regional situation and agreed to work toward peace, security, and prosperity, according to an official press release.
On the sidelines of the 81st United Nations General Assembly, President Pezizkian met and held talks with Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.

The Iranian presidency stated that during his meeting with the Prime Minister of Pakistan, President Masood Bishakian stressed the importance of continuing the diplomatic track to reduce tension.
