More than 150 Iranian nationals including diplomats and their families left Lebanon on Saturday, a senior Lebanese security source told Reuters, after the Israeli military threatened Iran's representatives in Lebanon and conducted strikes near the embassy.
The Iranian embassy in Beirut, with a statement in detail, denied the news of some platforms about the Iranian ambassador's targeting in the raid. She confirmed that the news was nothing but false rumours aimed at inducing confusion and exacerbating the results of the Israeli attack.
More than 150 Iranian citizens have left Lebanon following warnings that Israel could target Iranian representatives. Some Iranian diplomats and their families reportedly departed the country on a Russian plane.
