Tehran: On Saturday, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced that two people had been killed in a clash between security forces and an armed group in Sistan and Baluchistan Province south-east of the country. In a statement, the Revolutionary Guards said that a cell associated with the United States and Israel that was planning a terrorist attack in Sistan and Baluchistan had been neutralized.
"In a joint and coordinated operation between the fighters of the Quds Headquarters, including the General Intelligence Directorate, the Salman IRGC Intelligence Organization, and Faraj Province, a terrorist cell was identified and destroyed in a decisive blow. Following this operation, two members of this terrorist group were killed."
