Iowa Supreme Court denies appeal to take up Fort Dodge murder case
The Iowa Supreme Court has denied Joshua Pendleton's request to take up his case. Pendleton argued he was suffering from schizophrenia when he murdered the Rev. Al Henderson in October 2019. In January 2020, a competency evaluation was ordered for Pendleton. He was deemed competent to stand trial.
