Russell is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor-cause to engage in an act, a Class B felony. He is also accused of sending links to online pornography to who he thought was a 13-year-old girl and of having the apps Snapchat and TikTok installed on his phone without reporting the use of the apps as required by the Iowa Sex Offender Registry.See the Story

According to a media release from the Fort Dodge Police Department, officers entered the home and found a man armed with two knives who allegedly ran toward the officers.
