The Supreme Federal Court of Brazil has suspended the presidential decrees of the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on the Financial Transactions Tax (IOF) and the decision of Congress to revoke them with the aim that both parties discuss the issue at a conciliation hearing called for next July 15.
