Investigation underway after worker falls overboard at Port of Thunder Bay - OHS Canada Magazine

A crew member from the Kathy McKeil cargo vessel is alive and well, and wet, after falling overboard before the vessel in Thunder Bay began to take on a load of grain at Superior Elevator ULC this week.
