TONEY, Ala. (WHNT) — An investigation is underway by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), after a child was hit by a vehicle in Toney. On Saturday just before 7 p.m., Toney Volunteer Fire & Rescue responded to an accident between a vehicle and a child along Opp Reynolds Road.
