Investigation Launched Into Hot Air Balloon Accident In Cambria Co.

The National Transportation Safety Board has launched an investigation into a July 23rd hot-air balloon incident at a Cambria County, carnival that left three people injured.  A worker reportedly fell 15 feet after being lifted into the air at the Community Heroes Carnival, outside the Johnstown Galleria, while two passengers in the basket sustained injuries.  The hot air balloon was owned by Lehigh Valley Hot Air.
