On Wednesday, UPAC carried out a search at the head office of the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec in Quebec City.
The UPAC is conducting a search at the SAAQ headquarters as part of its investigation into fraud or corruption. This occurs on the same day that the former CEO of the Crown corporation, Denis Marsolais, begins his expected testimony before the Gallant commission.
One of the objectives of the transaction is to "protect the integrity of evidence" as part of the Crown corporation's failed digital shift investigation.
