Russia’s Interior Ministry has issued a missing persons report for a woman who was forcibly taken to the republic of Chechnya nearly two years ago, the exiled news outlet Mediazona reported Monday.
The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put Seda Suleymanova, a Chechen woman on the wanted list, who was forcibly taken to Grozny by Chechen security forces in August 2023. Mediazona drew attention to the agency's card.
