Houthi-fired UAV intercepted over Makkah region
RIYADH — Maj. Gen. Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, announced on Tuesday the interception and destruction of a UAV in the Makkah region. This comes a day after the interception and destruction of a ballistic missile launched by the terrorist Houthi militias towards the southern region, and two drones in the Riyadh region.
Coalition forces led by Saudi Arabia announced that they had intercepted drones over the Mekong administrative area, while the Husitas denied the launch of a drone towards the Muslim holy city. "Air force intercepted drones in the Mekong area", a coalition representative, Major General Turki Al-Maliki, wrote on social network X.
Today, on Tuesday, the Alliance for the Support of Legitimacy in Yemen announced the interception and destruction of a drone that was targeting Saudi Arabia.
