Instructive Debate of the Marques Operation Organised Under the Threat of Prescription

The educational debate of the separate process of the Marques Operation in which former Prime Minister José Socrates responded for six crimes was scheduled for 3 June.

In this case, it is a process which has just been separated from the Marquês Operation and in which Judge Ivo Rosa sent for trial in April 2021, José Socrates and entrepreneur Carlos Santos Silva by the alleged practice, in co-authority, of three cases of capital banking and so many other counterfeiting documents.
