The worst-case scenario is now being realized, unvaccinated people are getting sick and spreading the disease to their surroundings - said Paweł Grzesiowski, head of GIS, on Polsat News. For this reason, the agency is starting a major campaign today, as part of which inspectors will look into the vaccination cards of every child in the country.

Vaccination records of children in Poland will be under the microscope of the Chief Sanitary Inspector. On April 1, 2025, a nationwide inspection will begin, which will show how many people under 18 in Poland are actually vaccinated. As the data indicates, up to 87 thousand children may not have proper immunity due to the decisions of their parents.

At the beginning of the new month, vaccination checks will begin throughout Poland. Inspectors will check how many children have taken the vaccines and what the reasons were for any refusals.
