An Alberta judge has dismissed O'Leary Digital's attempt to strike Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation's judicial review of a water licence connected to the $70-billion Wonder Valley data centre near Grande Prairie. The licence belongs to the MD of Greenview not O'Leary Digital and the underlying consultation challenge will proceed.
