A report submitted to the government today suggests that the age of criminal responsibility for particularly serious crimes be lowered to 14 years. SVT visited Näsbyparkskolan in Täby outside Stockholm and asked some seventh-graders what they think. – Good because they can catch more people who have committed serious crimes, but also bad if the gangs start recruiting even younger people, says Olivia Froelich, thirteen years old.
