There have been changes in the legislation in the field of production and circulation of tobacco products and/or liquids used in electronic cigarettes intended for sale to duty-free shops in connection with the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Law of Ukraine of August 10, 2023 No. 3326-IX “On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Tobacco Products”.
