The Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office said a 39-year-old man was found unresponsive in his cell on the morning of Monday, August 4th. An outside sheriff’s office is investigating the incident, and the name of the person has not been released. The Eau Claire Sheriff’s Office has said it cannot share any further information.
