The Indigenous Peoples Alliance of Manitoba (IPAM) is the Manitoba provincial representative of the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples (CAP), a national body that represents all Indigenous people, whether identified as non-status Indian, Métis, Inuit, or status Indian who live off-reserve, in either urban or rural areas across Canada.
