A 62-year-old resident of Rishon LeZion was caught in possession of locally manufactured Palestinian cigarettes of the "Capital", "Marlboro" and "LM" brands. • He evaded tax worth more than 100,000 shekels. • The defendant acted on the orders of another person who asked him to transport the cigarettes from the village of Pundak to the village of Barta'a, but was caught en route.
