The hydrotechnical infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova will be modernised to prevent and manage floods over the next six years. The Government approved Wednesday, August 19, the updated plans for the years 2026 - 2031 to manage the risk of flooding on the Nistru, Prut and Danube basins, aiming at major works of consolidation of dams and dams.
