In November 2024, there were 4,049 people “in a street situation”, whereas a year ago there were 3,286 people. This represents a rise of 763 people, 23.2% in that period. Of the total, 69.5% (2,813 people) were in a CIS (Centre for Social Inclusion) and 30.5% (1,236) in the public road, such as on the sidewalk, under a motorway or in ATMs, in most cases every day of the week.
