On 13 March, the Administrative Labour Tribunal (ATT) issued its 42-page judgement ordering the twenty strikers of Roberval's Early Childhood Centre (ECC) to maintain the "services ensuring the well-being of the population." This is the first judgement given since the adoption in November 2025, of Act 14 "to give greater consideration to the needs of the population in the event of a strike or lockout".
