Based on information about the multi-homicide perpetrated on September 1st in the Mexican municipality of Atizapán de Zaragoza, state of Mexico, psychological features can be observed in Diego Sebastián N – accused of the murder of 4 people–, such as lack of empathy and remorse, emotional coldness and a marked capacity to transgress social norms, said Norma Romero Sánchez, president of the Mexican College of Criminal and Forensic Psychology.
