President Javier Milei visited Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, in the framework of the electoral campaign, but had to modify his agenda due to opposition protests that were deployed in the central streets of the city.The president had already been received with a demonstration of workers from the Metallurgical Workers Union (UOM) in front of the hotel where he stayed.
The President landed in Ushuaia last noon and went straight to a tour of one of the Newsan plants. He then gave notes to local media, prior to the walk through the center. Protesters gathered at the hotel door with banners against the president and his sister Karina Milei.
Javier Milei landed this afternoon in Tierra del Fuego, a province where he won the elections in 2023.
