In Hamburg, the East German naval station Ostervilm is auctioned out. One of its owners tells us why he absolutely wanted to have the dilapidated platform back then. And why he doesn't want to let go of it yet.
The decayed building on hundreds of wooden piles offers space for unusual ideas, but requires a lot of work.
