Russian strikes left some consumers without electricity in five regions as of Friday morning, while bad weather caused full or partial power outages in settlements in Sumy and Poltava regions, Ukrenergo said.
Infrastructure damage and bad weather resulted in massive power cuts in several regions of Ukraine, reported Ukrenergo's national energy company. "There are new blackouts in Dnipropetrovsk, Sum, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Odessa and Vinnitsky regions during the morning," indicated to the company, transmitting to RIA "News."
