In Romania, tens of thousands attend a military parade to mark Great Union Day

Tens of thousands of people turned out in Romania's capital on Friday to watch a military parade that included troops from NATO allies to mark the country's national day.

More than 2,400 military and specialists from the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Romanian Customs Authority, the Romanian Intelligence Service, the Special Telecommunications Service and the National Penitentiary Administration will participate on Friday in the military parade organized in the Arc de Triomphe Square in Bucharest on the occasion of Romania's National Day.
