MEMPHIS, Tenn. — In-N-Out Burger is planning its first Memphis location, according to plans filed Friday. The drive-through restaurant is planned at 5341 Poplar Ave., currently a gas station and convenience store. The proposed restaurant will be 3,886 square feet with approximately 1,100 sq. ft. of outdoorcovered patio seating to accommodate 105 guests.
