In memoriam: Dragi Bugarčić (1948 — 2024): A writer from a beautiful town under a tower

Dear Bugarcic in his stories and novels created a mirror for the world in which he lived and those who had been there before and left it for the reputation and admonition of those who will exist in it in the times to come.
