A train carrying military cargo derailed in Russia's Leningrad Oblast following an explosion early on Oct. 7, a source in Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR) told the Kyiv Independent.
The convoy has fallen off the rails with a load for the Russian army, and the movement is paralyzed.
This morning, at the Stroganov-Mshinskaya railway race in the Leningrad region of the Russian Federation, unknown guerrillas blew up a track, as a result of which locomotives and wagons carrying military cargo came off the rails.
