A judge found cause for arrest, on Tuesday afternoon, against Gabriel Cruz Cortés for lewd acts against a girl under 17 years of age. According to the police, the events allegedly occurred in 2024. Cruz Cortés was given a $15 thousand bail, which he lent, being released until the preliminary hearing. The Division of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse of the Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) of the Aguadilla area is in charge of the investigation.
