The state of emergency has not stopped a group of sectors of Betanzos that on the morning of this Saturday have installed a blockade on the road that connects Potosi with Sucre, according to a report by Unitel. Transporters and neighbors of Betanzos have installed since 7:30 a blockade on kilometer 47 of that departmental route to demand the supply of fuel, radio Kollasuyo reported.
The blockade began at 07:30 at kilometer 47 and left dozens of public transport buses, freight trucks and private vehicles stranded in both directions.
