Victoria, Tamaulipas.- The state coordinator of IMSS-Benestar, Marggid Rodríguez Avendaño, said that the new hospital “Heriberto Espinosa Rosales” of Ciudad Madero meets the necessary conditions of safety in its surroundings, despite the indications on industrial risks, floods and old dumps in the area. “All this is already contemplated. The situation of how far the refinery is considered, is within the limits,” said the official.
